Po shkruaj p�r t�i b�r� complimente Z. Sander Kola p�r botimin e Revist�s s� re t� tij t� shk�lqyer: Linguistic and Communicative Performance Journal [= Revista p�r P�rformanc�n Gjuh�sore dhe Komunikuese] (ISSN 2073-5138, Print; ISSN 2077-0812, Online). Revista ia arrin t� b�j� nj� v�shtrim kritik n� nj� varg t� gjer� temash me m�nyra eksperimentale interesante t� komunikimit q� p�rb�n nj� kontribut t� vlefsh�m n� fush�n e performanc�s cil�sore n� gjuh�, duke shkruar n� nj� m�nyr� shoq�rore por shkollareske p�r lexuesin. P�r m� tep�r, Revista kontribuon n� gjuh�si dhe arsim me p�rdorimin e mjeteve krijuese dhe pas-moderniste, p�r shembull �Zbatimi Teorik� dhe �Inovacionet Gjuh�sore�.

N� k�rkim t� nj� praktike t� udh�hequr nga d�shmia, Revista p�rfshin empirizmin/
pragmatizmin personal si dhe m�nyrat m� tradicionale t� k�rkimit shkencor dhe propogandimit t� shoq�rizuar n� shkoll� dhe universitete. N� disa k�ndv�shtrime ajo q� edukatori dhe k�rkuesi shkencor mund t� b�jn� �sht� t� p�rshkruajn� p�rvojat e tyre, me t� gjitha p�rshkrimet e barazvlevshme. Un� nuk mund t� b�j m� tep�r sesa t� p�rshkruaj p�rvojat e mia. P�rpjekjet tona p�r t� kuptuar realitetet form�sohen nga diskutimet q� ne p�rdorim. Un� e shikoj dijen si nj� p�rplot�sim dialogu; n� k�t� m�nyr� kuptueshm�ria k�rkon p�rfshirje/takim me subjektivitetin e njer�zve, n� k�t� rast p�rfshirja/takimi me autor�t e artikujve.  Un� mendoj se redaksia e Sander Kol�s arrin t� kap� k�t� p�rfshirje/takim me sukses. Me m�nyrat e tij t� reja inkurajuese t� p�rfaqsimit Sandri po ndihmon n� thyerjen e dominimit t� rr�fimtaris� s� madhe; kjo mund t� ofroj� liri p�r arsimtar�t dhe inkurajoj� zbulime t� reja edhe p�r student�t. Idet� e reja mund t� ndihmojn� vet�m p�r t� krijuar dyshim dhe kjo �sht� mendim-sjell�s dhe problem-zgjidh�s.

N� lidhje me rrymat filozofike t� m�simdh�nies cil�sore nj� �moment� i ri, si� sugjerohet nga Denzin dhe Linkoln p�r faz�n tjet�r t� k�rkimit shkencor, �sht� shkrimi pas-eksperimental, q� lidh ��shtje t� k�rkimit shkencor cil�sor me politika demokratike, shpesh t� referuara si revolucion gjuh�sor Rr�fimtarie. Ka inkurajim aktiv brenda k�tij �momenti� p�r t� menduar p�r m�nyrat e reja t� komunikimit; nj� p�rpjekje p�r t� zvog�luar hendekun mes shkencave shoq�rore dhe atyre humanitare. K�rkuesit shkencor� e kan� paraqitur pun�n e tyre duke p�rdorur poezi, dram�, performanc� t� modeleve pamore dhe bashk�biseduese. Un� mendoj se Revista e Sander Kol�s ka shfryt�zuar mund�sin� p�r t�u p�rfshir� n� k�to m�nyra t� reja emocionuese t� p�rfaqsimit dhe p�rformanc�s; me nj� theksim t� ve�ant� n� r�nd�sin� e p�rvet�simit t� gjuh�s dhe m�nyrat interesante t� komunikimit brenda disiplin�s s� nevojshme dhe t� r�nd�sishme t� arsimit.

Jam kontaktuar dhe m� �sht� k�rkuar t� d�rgoj komente p�r revist�n LCPJ (Linguistic and Communicative Performance Journal), nj� revist� e re e cila publikohet n� Shqip�ri n�n udh�heqjen editoriale t� Z. Sander Kola. K�t� e b�j me k�naq�si.

Nj� tipar i duksh�m i revist�s �sht� kujdesi me t� cil�n �sht� p�rceptuar dhe botuar. Z. Kola demonstron aft�si t� jasht�zakonshme p�r t�u kujdesur p�r holl�sit�, t� m�dha e t� vogla, e prodhimit t� nj� reviste. Shum� v�mendje e kujdesshme i kushtohet problemeve t� m�dha t� cil�sis� s� artikujve t� pranuar p�r botim dhe gjer�sis� s� mbulimit n� secilin tem�. E nj�jta v�mendje i kushtohet ��shtjeve q� kan� t� b�jn� me cil�sin� e shtypit, lexueshm�rin�, dhe cil�sin� e fotografive. Secili num�r �sht� nj� produkt i krijuar me kujdes. Asgj� n� k�t� revist� nuk �sht� kryer ndonj�her� n� m�nyre t� pamenduar mir�.

Madje edhe m� e r�nd�sishme p�r t�u v�n� n� dukje �sht� nevoja p�r k�t� revist�, e cila egziston n� t� pakt�n dy forma. S� pari, n� fush�n e m�simdh�nies s� gjuh�s, fusha ime, ka nj� nevoj� t� madhe n� dit�t tona p�r periodik� profesional komb�tar e rajonal n� t� cilin m�suesit mund t� ndajn� gjetjet e tyre dhe k�rkimet shkencore brenda klas�s me t� tjer�t q� m�sojn� nx�n�sit me t� njejt�n gjuh� dhe sfond arsimor. M�simdh�nia e gjuh�s �sht� nj� fush� n� t� cil�n gjetje dhe zbulime t� reja t� r�nd�sishme jan� duke u shfaqur n� kontekste shum� specifike, dhe �sht� e nevojshme q� prakticien�t n� k�to kontekste t� ken� periodikun profesional p�r t� paraqitur gjetjet e tyre dhe p�r t� marr� vler�sim kritik nga koleg�t e tyre akademik�. LCPJ garanton nj� periodik profesional sakt�sisht t� k�tij lloji me nj� potencial t� madh p�r t� qen� nj� botim i dobish�m jo vet�m p�r Shqip�rin�, por gjithashtu edhe p�r prakticien�t n� t� gjith� jo vet�m Gadishullin Ballkanik por edhe m� gjer� n� bot�.

S� dyti, egziston gjithashtu nj� nevoj� p�r nj� periodik profesional n� t� cilin dijetar�t Shqiptar� mund t� paraqesin k�rkimet e tyre shkencore n� let�rsi dhe analiz� gjuh�sore, k�rkime t� cilat nuk jan� specifike p�r m�simdh�nien e gjuh�s, por t� cilat jan� pjes� e studimit t� gjuh�s dhe let�rsis�. Nj� revist� q� siguron nj� shteg p�r z�rin Shqiptar n� k�to fusha siguron nj� kontribut t� nevojsh�m p�r studimet letrare n� p�rgjith�si dhe mund t� lart�soj� p�rceptimin p�r arsimin Shqiptar brendap�rbrenda komunitetit akademik t� bot�s. Un� do t� shpresoja q� me mb�shtetjen e mjaftueshme kjo revist� do t� vazhdoj� t� rritet p�r nga r�nd�sia dhe t� b�het nj� shteg p�r z�rat e dijetar�ve p�rgjat� gjith� rajonit.

Vazhdo botimin e LCPJ-s�
Me k�naq�si t� madhe un� komentoj p�r revist�n LCPJ [�Linguistic and Communicative Performance Journal�, (ISSN 2073-5138, PRINT; ISSN 2077-0812, ONLINE)], t� botuar, me sa di un�, t�r�sisht nga Z. Sander Kola dhe me mjetet e tij personale. P�r m� tep�r, p�rderisa un� pata rastin ta shihja iden� e k�tij publikimi t� zhvillohej dhe m� n� fund t� b�hej realitet gjat� koh�s q� un� vazhdoja t� punoja n� Tiran� si Drejtor i Qendr�s Gjermane dhe t� nderohesha nga ai me diskutimin e ��shtjeve paraprake t� k�tij publikimi, un� u ndjeva shum� i lumtur kur mora kopjen e par� t� Revist�s dhe u zgjodha pjes�tar i bordit k�shillimor.

Numrat pasardh�s soll�n zgjerim t� duksh�m t� hap�sir�s s� Revist�s si n� tematik� ashtu edhe n� kontribues. After many-year-attempts of Mr. Sander Kola, English Language teacher, for the first time in our country comes out a Journal in English language, which aims at everyday knowledge extension of English teachers in Albania and in the region with the new experiences of teaching in this language. The attempts of Sander Kola to spread the Albanian experience of teaching foreign languages must be encouraged.

The just started Linguistic and Communicative Performance Journal aims at including articles in the new field of linguistic and communicative performance not only by foreign language teachers of Albania, but also by foreign language teachers of the whole region. Since the communicative language of the Journal is the English Language, we wish that Sander Kola has an increasing number of contributors from the Balkans.� (translated by Sander Kola).

I consider your Linguistic and Communicative Performance Journal as a serious and unique contribution to ELT in Albania. No single person has ever published such a language journal so far in Albania. You deserve all the necessary support from the Ministry of Education and Science for the publication of the future issues of this very useful journal for the teachers of English of all levels throughout Albania.

Regarding you research paper, which is the core of the journal, I think it is very extensive and deals with important aspects of language acquisition and communication. There are numerous useful references. I found particularly interesting the sub-chapters of �reading approaches�, �vocabulary acquisition�, �mind-maps� and spidergram, esp. your treegram, etc. I myself also regard VLS (vocabulary learning strategies) as being very important in language acquisition, more important than simply learning grammar rules. Spidergrams are very effective in word study, only that I would suggest to group words of the same root and the same family of a spidergram into four main clusters: verbs, nouns, adjectives and adverbs.

The cover picture is also very impressive and meaningful. Don�t give up.

If you ask what I particularly enjoyed as I read, it is hard for me to make a choice.  The information about Shakespeare in Albania was all new to me and so was especially interesting, and all the articles in the section on Linguistic-into-Communicative Performance attracted my attention.  I appreciated the way you laid out the various forms of the predicative after giving your definition within the standard grammatical approach.  This is an area that has attracted much research in the Principles and Parameters approach to syntax, and having such a clear set of examples of the many forms is useful even for those working within another framework.  I also found the article on using drama very thought-provoking.

On another level, I particularly enjoyed reading about the conferences that were held and the experiences of those who attended.  The teaching community of a nation needs this kind of information and communication. You are doing something very valuable for Albania and I think that eventually this will have impact in other countries too.

Numerous studies have been published in the academic field but little has been done to evaluate the broad set of topics pertinent to conflicting research findings, data collection, survey methods and Journal quality ratings.

From my point of view the perceived high quality ratings of the research studies published in the Linguistic and Communicative Performance Journal, Volume 2/1, June 2009, are positively correlated with citation impact factors which contribute to raising the standards of teaching in the High and Higher Education in Albania. There are different research interest areas and researchers seem to rate this journal higher than previous publications for the authenticity and methodology, expert opinion and citation analyses. The findings used in the research studies of this Journal provide a new basis for assessing the quality of journals and provide new insights about the content of doctoral programs.

I take pride in having published my own research study in the LCPJ and will continue to give my modest contribution in the future.

The moment the postman gave it to me I opened the envelope and started reading immediately at the doorway (me nje fryme = breathlessly). I was really shocked by the quality of the journal, the range of topics and fields. It meets the standards of foreign journals, no difference.

The LCPJ, already on its second issue, offers a further opportunity for the studier and the reader to find the necessary venue for better understanding, deeper comparison and being a partaker. The elements that make this Journal creditable to the readers are many, but we can mention the very high standard of its form and content, the variety of the written articles, and the interesting topics selected by the editor.

The venue created by the publication of this Journal is for us as teachers and studiers another opportunity to permeate to the reader an idea, which can itself bring out another idea or attitude.
