LCPJ has sharpened its vision throughout obstacles and difficulties, since the world is not always the way it should be. The LCPJ's vision spotlights the human perfection achievements in many aspects of life, using the appropriate means of communication.

The LPCJ Publishing provides the necessary facilities for research publication, innovation presentation and other educational accomplishments on an international level. It has an editorial board with the main focus on the Journal that started the whole long-term project. Authors of submitted pieces of work will have their work peer-reviewed and their work will receive written feedback highlighting recommendations associated with progress. Peer review offers constructive feedback to authors from experts in their field. Peer-reviewed articles will be treated confidentially prior to publication. Authors will be expected to identify any conflicts of interest and adhere to the Journal’s standard not to submit to more than one journal. The Journal's editorial board will ensure steps are taken to identify and, if necessary, prevent the publication of papers or books where misconduct has taken place. If any misconduct is discovered after publication, then the editorial board will publish any corrections, clarifications and offer apologies.
